The Facebook Lawsuit, will go away for one solid reason. HarvardConnection aka ConnectU was intended for use at Harvard and even if Mark Zuckerberg stole some of the core code he’s executed on a well laid ground plan to expand to other universities,work places, and communities. ConnectU haven’t done anything with their site in years and I don’t think they will be taken seriously by any judge.
That’s just my take.
