This is a really well-done post--thanks so much for it. 

I hadn&#039;t heard of the &quot;Blue Ocean&quot; strategy by that name before, but the way you describe it I realize that it&#039;s something I believe in wholeheartedly and have been focussing on doing for a while now. It&#039;s so much easier to launch your biz/blog if you&#039;re what I call a &quot;big fish in a small pond&quot; (or have a niche in uncharted waters).

Looking forward to hearing more on this.
