I like the advice about putting up 10 solid posts before telling anyone about your new blog--I've just started a new site, and instinctively I wanted to get some posts up before telling anyone. I would just be embarrassed if I invited folks over and there was hardly anything to show them. I don't read blogging news, so I've never visited 901am before, but I've heard that you did an amazing job with building that site.
