The “A List” Method Won’t Work For Everyone

Imagine a field full of professional bloggers, er Online Publishers. To each his own. To each his own method of getting where he/she is at. I notice a ‘closed wall’ amongst A-Listers and an attempt to push down those who don’t fit the mold. And trust me there is a mold. I don’t want to single out myself. But let’s try it. I have a tainted history. Albeit I don’t mind the taint. And I blog partially for a living. Actually to be totally honest at this point. I don’t even blog for a living anymore. I just blog for a hobby to make my life living in the middle of nowhere slightly more entertaining. However one thing I’ve noticed more and more and more is what I call the ATTENTION GRAB that the A-Listers are so damn good at.

I know quite a few Non A-Listers who probably make more than A-Listers, are more personable and more real but just don’t get the quality Press. And you know what I’ve learned that this is a result of The A-Listers desire for more and more Celebrity Status while the guys who presumably are less influential just avoid the hype.

So don’t worry about becoming an A Lister, just focus on being an online publisher. You will find it way more enjoyable than trying to push shoes onto your feet that will never fit anyhow.
